M&A Financial Analyst with PEO Experience

BRC currently has an opening for one or two M&A financial analysts with PEO experience. Please note that PEO experience is required for this role.

Primary Duties

Sell-Side Support

  • Support CEO with M&A transactions
    • Financial modeling
    • Financial analysis
    • Trend Reporting
    • Profit pool analysis
    • Report building
    • Historical TB Mapping
    • Add-back analysis
    • Adjustment analysis
    • Run-rate analysis
  • Deal process interface
    • Work with clients on financial components
    • Work with CEO on deal facets
    • Support client during QofE process
    • Work with buyers on data requests

Valuations Support

  • Valuation Analysis
    • Collect pertinent information and data from clientele
    • Communicate with clientele on open data requests
    • Create valuation deck
      • Financial modeling
      • Trend analysis
      • PEO component trending analysis
        • WSE trending
        • Client trending
        • Insurance trending and modeling
        • Liability analysis (legal, ERTC, etc.)
        • Sales trending
        • Support on other trending aspects

Buy-Side Support

  • Due Diligence
    • Work with team on financial analysis for buy-side due diligence projects.

Compensation

  • Generous compensation package for well-qualified candidates.

Reporting

  • Reporting directly to the CEO of Business Resource Center, Inc.

Workplace

  • The position is remote (work from home). Please note that if employed, this is expected to be your only job during working hours.
